AQUARIUM FACILITIES

The Seattle Aquarium - Life on the Edge Seattle, WA

Life on the Edge, the Seattle Aquarium’s first step toward a new Master Plan - Puget Sound Playground, brings the Puget Sound to visitors through high technology and basic human touch. The tide pools are accessible for touching and learning, with docents and graphic booklets at every pool. There are plasma screen monitors above the pools which both serve to educate the visitors about the species, as well as function as source of live up close viewing of the animals in the pools.

BIOS designed and construction managed the natural replicated gunite rockwork pool special wave surge and generator effects, light related exhibits,
and architecture/building components.
